Jai recently won the ‘Best Drummer’ award at the Rolling Stone Jack Daniels Rock Awards for his work on Indus Creed’s Album ‘Evolve’. He has gone on to play with some of India’s biggest musicians and bands like Indus Creed, Pentagram, Shaair ‘n’ Func & Bhayanak Maut. As a versatile drummer, he has played across various genres.
He started playing drums at the age of 14. He has performed in Los Angeles with Bombay Black, opening for acts like the Offspring and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Kurt has played with artists like Colonial Cousins & toured with Adnan Sami, Kailash Kher, Shaan & Sagarika. He has also performed with other international bands and musicians like Deep Forest and Dana Gillispie.
